Avatar - Rent: Rent

This is the first installment of my Avatar: Rent Series I am doing. As explained in the 'Cast of Rent' picture I submitted, I love the play and doing it with the characters of Avatar makes it that much better. Yes, I know 'Seasons of Love' is the first song that is sang in the movie and broadway show, but I decided to do that one last.

This song from the musical is not one I particularly like, but I think it has the perfect intro to the lives of the characters in this play, and is one of the main problems in the story and needed to be portayed in my series as well.

In this picture, Aang (Mark) and Zuko (Roger) are singing the song 'Rent', which if you don't know, goes something like this --

I know the apartment isn't exact. I watched the video about twenty times, but the video was much to dark to see their apartment and I was just tried of trying to make it perfect and just decided to finish it from memory. The picture itself was finished last night and I've already started on the second installment. But first, I am going to submit a few new Zutara pictures before I submit another 'Rent' picture. Well, I hope you like it.

By the way, I hope you like how I colored their clothes because I figured it is the most realistic clothes I've done in a while, so I think I'm going to stick with coloring them this way. Oh, and good news on ASN! New trailer is up on YTV. It goes deeper into Roku and Sozin's relationship and it is very interesting to see how these two interacted during the beginning of the war. Well, Avatar: Season 3 starts in 12 more days! Zutara Forever!
